Thank you for shopping at the TAPS Store

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 Return Policy

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you placed the order.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To initiate a return or exchange please send an email to store@taps.org which includes your name, order number and the name of the product you wish to return or exchange.  
  • The TAPS Store will email you a Return Label.
  • Package the item securely, include original packaging if applicable, affix the Return Label to the package and drop off with the mail service listed on the label.
  • Once the Item is received by the TAPS Store, the exchange or refund request will be processed.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days from that date that the returned item is received by the TAPS Store for all exchanges and refunds to be processed.

  Damaged Merchandise

To report a damaged item, please send an email describing the damage to store@taps.org. Once we have been notified of the damaged item, our team will issue a replacement order to the item. If that item is no longer available, our team will assist you in selecting a replacement item, processing a refund for the item, or transferring the value of the damaged item into a donation to the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors.

Please Note: Damaged merchandise does not have to be returned. We ask that you dispose of the item in the safest way possible.  

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  

 Shipping

Original shipping costs are non­refundable.
