Return Policy
- You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the day you placed the order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- To initiate a return or exchange please send an email to store@taps.org which includes your name, order number and the name of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- The TAPS Store will email you a Return Label.
- Package the item securely, include original packaging if applicable, affix the Return Label to the package and drop off with the mail service listed on the label.
- Once the Item is received by the TAPS Store, the exchange or refund request will be processed.
- Please allow 5-7 business days from that date that the returned item is received by the TAPS Store for all exchanges and refunds to be processed.
